Years past I thought it was expensive at $450 bucks for the tune up, but to get hit with an unexpected $1100 bill is just insane. Could purchase a new mower for that price. When I attempted to seek an explanation of costs, I was meant with dirty looks and snide comments. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS.
