I was experiencing the WORST nightmare with DirecTV/AT&T and getting no where over the phone and was at my wit's end when I walked into the Peru store. Multiple team members at the Peru have taken considerable time and worked with me to resolve my issues. Having their help calling in definitely made a difference, and I am very impressed with the customer service at this store.
